Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel services ordered from Elevate Worldwide Solutions - FZCO.

Cancellation Window

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Conditions

• Cancellation requests must be sent by email to support@elevateworldwidesolutions.co within 24 hours of payment, quoting your transaction reference.
• After 24 hours, or once work on the service has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If Elevate Worldwide Solutions - FZCO is unable to provide the service, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
